I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Rescheduling with 24+ hours’ notice will allow your deposit to be transferred to your new appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations within 1 hour of your appointment will be subject to a 75% no-show fee. Deposits are non-refundable. Please arrive on time to your appointment. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and a 75% late cancellation fee will apply. If time permits, I may still be able to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or adjusted. To maintain a calm and professional environment, please do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment. I truly understand that life happens, and I always try to be as understanding as possible.
